We currently only ship within the United States. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. We keep all our products in stock and ready to ship.  We have had to stop Canada shipping due to customs regulations. If you live in Canada, you must ship to a relative in the US and they can ship it to you.

SHIPPING COSTS per order: 

  • $3.95 for Ground Shipping
  • $10 for 2-3 day shipping
  • $29.00 Overnight.

Any unopened item may be returned at E-CigaretteDirect.com discretion and items that have been opened may not be returned unless they are defective within 14 days. In case of a defective product or product part, we will be happy to replace that part free of charge.  Our products have been chosen to be the best currently available. We are proud that our defective rate is less than .5%.

You are entitled to a 100% refund on your purchase if the product is returned within 30 days of receiving it, unopened and in it's original condition.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
