Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States & Canada via USPS. Most orders will ship within 24 hours.  We keep all our electronic cigarette products in stock and ready to ship.  

SHIPPING COSTS per order (U.S): 

• $5.00 for Ground Shipping (usually 4-6 days)
• $10.95 for 2-3 day shipping
• $29.95 Overnight*
• ALL shipments include a tracking number for your convenience.

SHIPPING COSTS per order (Canada):

• $19.99 (up to 14 days) (with no tracking number)
• $39.95 Express 5-7 days (with tracking number)

* Overnight orders need to be placed prior to 11 am CST to be shipped the same day.  Please don't expect an overnight delivery if you place your order later than this.  Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped out on Monday.

Returns Policy

We have the BEST customer service department!  Any unopened item may be returned to E-CigaretteDirect.com within 14 days. If you don't like one of our products, we will do what it takes to make you happy...we're very reasonable here.  

In case of a defective product or product part, we will be happy to replace that part free of charge.  Our products have been chosen to be the best currently available.

You are entitled to a 100% refund on your purchase if the product is returned within 30 days of receiving it, unopened and in it's original condition.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the 100% Money Back Guarantee policy at any time, but we probably won't.

REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
